Mount Toro Career Day

Vision:
Provide students at Mount Toro High School an opportunity to meet and interact with a number of business organizations, including public sector allowing students to see possibilities of future career opportunities.

Project Information:
May 7, 2004, 140 students for the morning presentation, another 140 for the afternoon presentation. The project goal was to introduce students to the many different companies and job opportunities that exist for any student to achieve; the day consisted of three break-out sessions where companies presented information about their organizations to the students; booth space was provided so that the companies could showcase their organization and allow for more in-depth discussion between the company representatives and the students that were interested in that particular industry.
