Project Information:
May 8, 2002 - The goal was to find helpful resources for older individuals; the objective was to distribute resource information to children of older individuals by participating in local outreach efforts; the activities included creating logo stickers for Monterey County’s “Area Agency on Aging” for applying to the American Red Cross packet; providing payroll inserts with AAA “800 number” to at least four Monterey County businesses to distribute to employees; helping conduct the “Seniors at Northridge Mall” during Older Americans’ Month.
