Created an entire marketing plan for Leadership Salinas Valley, including presentation to full Chamber Board. Marketing Plan included proposal for increasing Leadership Salinas Valley participation at low or no cost to the Chamber.

Devised marketing plan. Met with Chamber board members to get their input on Leadership Salinas Valley needs and long-term goals. Met with companies who had sponsored participants in the past for Leadership Salinas Valley to get their feedback as to how to encourage more community members to participate in LSV. Met with LSV Alumni Association for same reasons – how to increase LSV participation.
