The Program
Leadership Salinas Valley is a 20-week program that begins in January. The goal of the program is to identify and train potential community leaders and assist them in reaching their professional and personal goals. Participants gain the knowledge and direction they need to achieve greater self and community awareness through a combination of academic training, community exposure, small group interaction and team projects.
