Anyone who has been through Leadership Salinas Valley will remember, completing a project is a rite of passage. Over the years, many great community service projects have been completed and relationships built in Monterey County, thanks to Leadership Salinas Valley.
Leadership Salinas Valley projects should:
Allow each Leadership Salinas Valley participant to experience leadership first-hand; include individuals outside Leadership Salinas Valley to contribute; not be self-serving; explore another aspect of community outside one's own area of expertise/area.
